Scheduled Water Cooler Sanitisation

To ensure that the highest hygiene and safety standards are consistently maintained at each cooler location, Galway Water undertake to provide you with a 13/26 week fixed interval cooler sanitisation service based on cooler utilisation.

This service ensures that the highest hygiene and safety standards are consistently maintained at each individual cooler location. All sites will be called on by trained personnel. All of our water units feature a removable reservoir to facilitate the sanitisation procedure.

Our trained staff simply extract and replace the existing reservoir with a fresh reservoir that has been sanitised in a controlled environment off site. The entire reservoir lifts out and can be replaced with a pre-sanitised reservoir in a matter of minutes. This procedure reduces the amount of time required on-site by our sanitisation personnel, thereby ensuring the minimum inconvenience to your office routine.

Upon completion of the sanitisation process, a date sticker will be placed on the back of the cooler to inform your staff of the last sanitisation.
